Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third purchase from Gtech; I've previously bought an AirRam and a Multi handheld. This time I needed a Cordless lawnmower. I came back because their products generally hold up well, and I've had good experiences with customer service in the past. The lawnmower arrived in about 5 days, same as my last order, so their shipping speed is consistent. It was easy to put together and worked perfectly on my lawn. It's not quite as powerful as my old corded one, but the convenience of no cable makes up for it. I appreciate that they maintain a certain standard across their product range. Always a solid choice for cordless tools.

AirRam K9 works well

Got the AirRam K9. It handles pet hair fine. Delivery took a few days. Easy to assemble. Battery lasts long enough for my apartment. Good vacuum overall.

Great value on the Pro 2

I was looking for a new vacuum and the Pro 2 bagged cordless vacuum caught my eye, especially with a bundle deal they had. It was a fair price compared to similar models from other brands. The suction power is impressive for a cordless, and I appreciate the bags for easy disposal. I did have to pay for shipping, which I wasn't expecting since other sites offer free delivery more often.

Hedge trimmer works well

Bought a cordless hedge trimmer. It's light and powerful. Cut through branches easily. Charger cord was a bit short.

Reliable choice as always

This was my third purchase from Gtech, grabbed a Multi handheld vacuum this time. As with my previous orders, the product quality is solid and it arrived well-packaged. I've always found their products consistent and reliable. The Multi K9 is great for quick cleanups. The only minor thing was the tracking info wasn't updated very often.

Good vacuum, delivery was slow

I got the AirRam cordless upright vacuum a few weeks ago. It's really good for everyday use, picks up dirt well and the battery lasts long enough for my whole house. My only small complaint was the delivery took about 6 business days, which felt a bit long. Customer service was helpful when I inquired though.

Good vacuum, delivery was okay

I bought the Gtech AirRam K9 pet vacuum last week. Ordering was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It arrived in 4 days which felt a bit slow for a major courier, but it got here safely. The packaging was good, everything was secure. Assembly was minimal, just clicking a few pieces together. I used it right away and it picked up dog hair really well from the carpet. It's lighter than my old vacuum, which is a plus. Battery life seems decent so far. I had a small question about the filter cleaning and used their online chat; the agent was helpful and answered quickly. My only minor gripe was the tracking updates weren't super frequent.

Good value on the Pro 2 bundle

I was looking for a decent cordless vacuum and saw the Pro 2 bagged cordless vacuum bundle with some extra filters. The price was competitive, especially compared to some other brands I checked out. I also signed up for their newsletter for an extra discount, which made it an even better deal. The vacuum arrived within a week. It does what it needs to do, and the extra bags were a nice bonus. Felt like I got good value for my money. The charger cable could be a tiny bit longer, but that's minor.
